RealViz ImageModeler - one of the most powerful package for creating 3D models from photographs. Using its own built-in powerful algorithms, the application produces reconstruction volumes and spaces of 2D images. The user puts the calibration markers, and on them are defined and modeling markers, which serve as reference points to calculate the polygons.
RealViz ImageModeler can be used to recognize 3D volume and the subsequent precise placement in the amount of other 3D models. The resulting 3D project can be exported to an appropriate program of 3D modeling for future work.

MatchMover Professional is a professional program for the automatic 3D tracking of data movement in the video. Using MatchMover allows accurate embed 3D objects in computer live video, c persistence ratio, size and location. Application performs calculations in a three-dimensional space of paths and other required settings the camera captured live on video. Export routes and calculated parameters of the real cameras in the animation application, you can create a virtual camera, motion, position and other properties of which correspond exactly to reality. Now this, in turn, allows you to "rent" a camera in computer animation is well synchronized with live images and a realistic mix two video. MatchMover can work with 3D Studio Max, SOFTIMAGE | 3D, Maya, LightWave 3D, and Cinema 4D. Thanks to its speed, accuracy and tracking capabilities of editing, MatchMover allows efficiently and accurately create a mixture of live Backlot and computer animation. The composition of a new script editor.

The new version improves workflow and increased productivity module Hybrido. It is the creation of dripping water, automatic generation of foam, the new emitters (Wet, Waterline, Splash and Foam, Wet and Foam), improved control over the water surface. Also, a new instrument of destruction by the method of Voronoi. And yet - a new tool Retimer, who with a few mouse clicks you can add special effects such as bullet-time or deceleration. The changes were made and the interface. There is a new panel Layers and changed the icons on the toolbar.

Gnomon Workshop - Image Based Modeling: Essentials

Gnomon Workshop - Image Based Modeling: Essentials | 1.94 GB

In the first DVD of this image modeling series, Greg Downing teaches you how to transform your film or digital photographs into highly realistic 3D models. Image modeling, known as photogrammetry, is a general tool that is useful for visual effects, videogames, visualizations that require digitizing real sets, props, or in some cases, characters. Once the objects are image modeled, any 3D manipulation is possible: adding, removing or destroying parts of a scene, adding effects such as fog, or camera moves that would be impossible with a real movie camera. Greg shows how to photograph for photogrammetry, and introduces how to calibrate, model and texture with Realviz ImageModeler. He finally shows how to import the textured models into the 3D application of your choice.

Next Limit has released an update to its RealFlow fluid-simulation software, significantly expanding the capabilities of its Hybrido solver and its rigid-body dynamics tools.RealFlow 2012 (RealFlow 6, had Next Limit not switched to Autodesk-style numbering) builds on version 5′s Caronte dynamics solver, adding Voronoi fracturing and ‘servos’ (simulations controlled by virtual ‘engines’).Hybrido, the hybrid grid/particle-based fluid solver introduced in RealFlow 5, now gives more complex and controllable results, adding four new emitter types and support for secondary splashes.RealFlow 6 also introduces a new Retimer tool for slowing, speeding up or reversing simulations, and a number of GUI updates.
