Oxford Aviation Training and the Met Office have developed a self-teach, media-rich, interactive Computer Based Training (CBT) course of theoretical and practical Meteorology aimed at both student and qualified pilots. Instruction is up to JAA ATPL level, but as the course is designed for beginners it is suitable for CPL and PPL pilots, too.

The CBT is also aimed at those General Aviation pilots who predominantly fly piston- engine powered aircraft and who wish to learn about how their powerplant functions in a little more depth. For the GA pilot, the diesel engines lesson will be particularly topical.

A series of lectures delivered by Peter Millican to first-year philosophy students at the University of Oxford. The lectures comprise the 8-week General Philosophy course and were delivered in late 2009.
